Baby death mother pleads not guilty

A WOMAN has denied killing her baby son who died after a television fell on top of him. Natalie McMillan, 24, pleaded not guilty at Preston Crown Court to the manslaughter of Kian McMillan.

The four-month-old child was taken to hospital with head injuries after the incident on 6 December last year. Edward Hanratty, 40, is also charged with child cruelty. Both were granted bail.
