Airport staff in strike vote
THOUSANDS of airport workers were set to begin voting on strike action today, raising the threat of late summer chaos for travellers.
More than 8000 TGWU members will be asked to vote, including baggage handlers and check-in staff at Edinburgh Airport. The ballot was announced after BA wrote to workers warning against a strike.
