Tynecastle plans on hold again
HEART of Midlothian FC is facing having to delay the start on the redevelopment of Tynecastle again.
Council officials revealed yesterday that they would not be able to rule on the 51 million scheme until the spring.
It means it will have taken the club more than a year to have its plans discussed by councillors.
