Trio start their engines for global trek
A FUNDRAISING trip will see Edinburgh motorcyclists ride for six months around the world to raise cash for Capability Scotland.
The Transglobemoto team plan to circumnavigate the planet east from Edinburgh, through Eastern Europe, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Siberia, Japan and the USA.
Edinburgh man Tom McInally and Gordon Thyne from North Queensferry set off on the trip on Saturday.
The pair are joined in the first leg of their journey by David Burdus, who has been paraplegic since a motorbike accident in 1983, riding an adapted three-wheeler BMW.
