Drivers have been warned to take care on motorways after a cyclist and pedestrian were spotted yesterday.
In two separate incidents, Traffic Scotland warned road users to take extra care when the people were seen during rush hour.
The cyclist was seen on the hatch markings off the eastbound carriageway of the M8, before J15 Townhead, Glasgow, at about 7:30am.
A pedestrian was seen walking southbound on the hard shoulder of the northbound M77, near J1 Dumbrek Road, around 9:40am.
Traffic Scotland tweeted warnings and said police were being notified, reminding people that they should not be using the motorway.
