Pensioner who died in car crash named

A PENSIONER who died in a road crash has been named by police. Andrew Morrison, 69, from Erskine, Renfrewshire, died in the one-vehicle accident on the A81 between Ballat crossroads and Blane Smithy roundabout in Stirling just after 8am on Thursday.

Tayside Police said Mr Morrison’s family has been informed. Officers have appealed for any witnesses to the incident.
