Popstar George Michael has been injured in a car crash on a motorway.
The singer is reported to have suffered minor injuries after the collision, which happened on the M1 last night, close to the M25 junction.
A second man recieved more severe injuries and was flown by air ambulance to a hospital in London.
A statement from the star’s agent said: “George Michael was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a traffic accident yesterday evening, no third party was involved. He is being treated for superficial cuts and bruises but is fine.”
An ambulance spokesman said: “A man who we believe to be in his 40s sustained a head injury and following treatment, stabilisation and immobilisation by land and air ambulance crews, he was flown to hospital for further care.”
