Be aware of M8 closure

Resurfacing works will close a slip road on the M8 this weekend.

The junction 3 eastbound off-slip at Broxburn will shut tonight at 9pm and reopen on Monday at 6am. Lane closures will also be in place on the eastbound carriageway of the M8 and a signed diversion route will be in place.

Ian Stewart, of roadworks firm BEAR Scotland, said: “These works are being carried out over the weekend to minimise disruption to motorists.”
