Trams reroute festival parade
A PARADE for the Leith Festival has had to be re-routed because of tram work.
After 100 years of parading down Leith Walk the pageant is to start in Lochend this year.
A spokesman for the festival said: "The trams are making everyone do things differently, so this year it's down to Leithers to make this pageant one with a difference, but still supported by crowds."
The march will now assemble at Lochend Park and make its way from there to Leith Links to join in the gala day on June 7.
