Tories call for a cut in beer tax
BEER tax should be cut to help save Britain's ailing pub industry, the Conservatives have said. David Cameron's party has launched a campaign to "save the great British pub", claiming locals are facing closure at a rate of nearly six a day.
Concerned drinkers are being urged to sign an online petition.
