GETTING nothing for Christmas isn’t normally something people would be too pleased about, but the folks at Tennent’s will be raising a few smiles this year by giving away Hee Haw.
Far from being left without, Tennent’s will be surprising shoppers across Glasgow city centre on Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th December, by handing out gift-wrapped bottles of their delicious alcohol-free lager, Hee Haw.

Tennent’s Hee Haw, which launched on 5th December to coincide with new Scottish Government legislation, was developed in response to a gap in the market; a lack of high-quality lager packed full of taste but without being packed full of alcohol.
“We’ve had a brilliant reaction to Hee Haw so far and those that have tried it have given us really positive feedback” says Paul Condron, Tennent’s Marketing Director. “Christmas is the time for giving so we thought we would have some fun giving out Hee Haw, so people can try it for themselves at home.”
Tennent’s Hee Haw sampling will take place in Glasgow city centre next Wednesday and Thursday from 2–7pm each day.
Hee Haw is currently available in a growing number of bars throughout Scotland.
