Teenagers bailed over murder of ex-EastEnders star's brother

POLICE have bailed two teenage boys who were arrested in connection with the murder of the 16-year-old brother of a TV soap star.

Ben Kinsella, brother of former EastEnders actress Brooke Kinsella, was knifed in a north London street at around 2am yesterday and died later in hospital.

Miss Kinsella, 24, is best known for playing Kelly Taylor in the BBC soap opera.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said two 16-year-olds arrested in connection with the investigation were bailed until a date in late August pending further enquiries.

The actress, her parents, Debbie and George, and her boyfriend, former EastEnders actor Ray Panthaki, were among more than 50 people who paid their respects at the scene in York Way, Islington, yesterday afternoon.

Former Birds Of A Feather actress Linda Robson also laid flowers.

Scotland Yard said it is believed Ben was stabbed during a row with a group of youths.

A makeshift shrine set up near the spot where Ben died is covered with more than 100 bouquets, balloons, an Arsenal scarf and an England flag.

Ben is thought to have been at a party in a nearby pub, Shillibeers, before he was stabbed.
