Teen bombarded with sex invites after posting pictures on net

A TEENAGER posted her photo on an internet site and found herself bombarded with sex invitations from older men, a court heard today.

Three men were warned they faced jail sentences after pleading guilty, between them, to a total of 17 charges.

A judge heard how the girl was only 13 when she first had sex with Gary Wilson, 41. Later they had sex in a car parked in woods near Edinburgh while she was high after sniffing the contents of an aerosol.

The same girl also received chat-room messages from Daniel Walker, 33, about his sado-masochistic fantasies and spent the night in a hotel with Martin Murray, 36.

The High Court in Edinburgh heard how the police were called in September 2006 when the girl's mum found a note containing cash and examined her computer.

Advocate depute James Wolffe QC, prosecuting, said officers quickly traced the three men, although the only link between them was their involvement with the same girl.

All three were placed on the sex offenders' register and bailed pending sentence next month, when the judge warned that jail sentences were likely.

Mr Wolffe described how jobless father-of-two Wilson, from Trimdon, County Durham, first contacted the girl online in October 2005 when she was just 13.

Until September the following year Wilson and the girl were in regular contact online, by telephone and text messages. They even discussed having a baby together.

They met four times and the girl told Wilson she was 16. He would drive up and meet her near Meadowbank Stadium. They had sex in an apartment in Edinburgh, a hotel in the city and a hotel in Kinross.

Their last meeting was in May 2006 when Wilson stopped his car in woods in the Pentland Hills – after he had bought an aerosol at her request.

"(The girl) was high on the contents of the aerosol. The accused and (the girl) had sexual intercourse in the car" said Mr Wolffe.

He went on to describe how Walker, from Glasgow, bombarded the girl with messages describing "in graphic detail" what he would like to do.

He asked if he could slap her or tie her hands and asked: "How hard can I bite u if it's not somewhere visible."

Walker describes his rape fantasies involving under-age girls, said Mr Wolffe. The self-employed book keeper, who also has two young children, even offered her a job on the understanding that he could have sex with her "most days".

Mr Wolffe described how the same girl – by then 14 – who featured in the charges against Wilson and Walker sent Murray, from Irvine, Ayrshire, a photo of herself and said she was 16.

They had a date in Glasgow, went to the cinema, then to a hotel in Edinburgh, although they did not have intercourse. After that he often took her to his home in Irvine.

Wilson pleaded guilty to charges of indecent behaviour and sex with an under-age girl.

Walker admitted charges of indecent behaviour and sending an indecent photo to another man.

Murray admitted indecent behaviour and making indecent photos.
