Take plunge for Sick Kids
THE charity raising money for the Sick Kids is to stage a group parachute day to generate cash for the current hospital.
Fifteen volunteers will jump out a plane at the Leuchars airfield on Sunday, the first of many fundraising events for the patients at the Sciennes hospital.
The Sick Kids Friends Foundation, which is also in the midst of launching a 15 million campaign for the new hospital when it opens at Little France in 2012, is keen to continue the work it has been doing for current projects until the new building opens.
