A 75-year-old stripper believes she can storm the Edinburgh Fringe with her show, Ageing is Amazing.

Former journalist Lynn Ruth Miller, from San Francisco, hopes to challenge society's obsession with youthful good looks, according to reports.

Ocean Terminal expansion shelved

A massive expansion of Leith's Ocean Terminal shopping complex has been scaled back over fears of the damage it will do to the city centre. It was reported that Forth Ports' controversial plans to double Ocean Terminal in size have been shelved after an outcry from business leaders.

Brian Cox honoured

Scottish actor Brian Cox has been made an honorary doctor by Napier University. The 62-year-old star of the Bourne movies was given the honour at a special ceremony in the Capital yesterday.
