Steel to speak on Tibet visit
LORD Steel is to be invited to speak to Holyrood's cross-party group on Tibet when he returns from his official visit there.
The former Scottish Parliament presiding officer is leading a delegation from Westminster on a ten-day trip to Tibet at the invitation of the Chinese authorities.
Edinburgh South Liberal Democrat MSP Mike Pringle, who is convener of the cross-party group, welcomed the visit.
