Square hosts all that jazz for flashmob
A JAZZ flashmob street event is to take place in Parliament Square on July 31 at 11.30am.
Drummer Tom Bancroft is appealing for people to take part as drummers, dancers, body percussionists/singers, and kazoo players in a free street jazz session.
The event will be followed by the famous Mardi Gras parade, which leaves the City Chambers at 12.30pm, taking a New Orleans party atmosphere down the Royal Mile.
The free event includes music from The Criterion Brass Band, Puff Uproar, and Edinburgh Samba School.
