Shell accused over gas terminal blast
Oil giant Shell has been accused of breaching environmental and health and safety legislation after an explosion and fire at a gas terminal in 2008.
It is being jointly prosecuted by the Environment Agency and Health and Safety Executive over the incident at Bacton, Norfolk.
