Sharleen marks cancer home's 10th birthday
SINGER Sharleen Spiteri helped Edinburgh's CLIC cancer home celebrate its tenth anniversary.
The Texas singer, a patron of the CLIC Sargent charity, visited the home in Hatton Place to help mark the milestone.
She cut the cake with youngsters Alis McKay, ten, Harvey Knox, four, Bethany Thomson, two, Greg Noble, 12, and Erin McKay, eight.
Ms Spiteri said: "As a mother, it means so much to me to be involved with CLIC Sargent and I have seen for myself the fantastic work they do."
The CLIC Villa provides families accommodation close to the treatment unit at the Sick Kids Hospital.
