Serial flasher hunted after three offences
A SERIAL flasher is being hunted by police in West Lothian.
The man was first seen at around 5.50pm on Monday, February 16, at the back of the gym at Broxburn Sports Centre with his hands down his trousers, performing an indecent act.
He was next seen between 5.30pm and 7pm on Sunday at the same site this time performing an indecent act while naked.
Then, at 8.30pm, a woman was driving on Clarkson Road in Broxburn when she saw a man walking along the pavement exposing himself.
Police believe that the same man is responsible for the offences.
He is described as white, aged 20-23, 6ft tall, with a slim, athletic build, spiky blond hair, a blond goatee beard and a thin, oval-shaped face.
In a separate incident, a man was seen close to the Scotmid store in Main Street, Winchburgh, carrying out an indecent act at 5.30pm on Sunday.
He is described as having a sallow complexion, in his late 20s or early 30s and slim build.
