Seeking Peggy McGilivray
Les Johnston, who now lives in Queensland in Australia, is searching for the woman who he describes as the "love of his life" back in the early 1950s. Peggy McGilivray worked with Les at his father's business, Johnston's the grocers at 38 Easter Road and later for Crawfords Biscuits in Leith. Les emigrated to Australia in 1955 and married out there - he's now been with his wife 49 years and is retired.
