Search after bodies found
Police in France are searching for a father-of-four after the body of his wife and those of his children were exhumed from a grave beneath the family home in Nantes.
Public prosecutor Xavier Ronsin said investigators suspected the 50-year-old was involved in the killings and that he may also be involved in last week's disappearance of a woman in the south-eastern Var region. Xavier Dupont was last spotted on 15 April in the Var, which is hundreds of miles from the Dupont family home, where the bodies of his four children, aged 13-21, and 49-year-old wife were found on Thursday.
Mr Ronsin said yesterday that the mother and one of the sons were shot in the head, possibly with a rifle belonging to Dupont.
