Scottish Parliament elections a target for Ed Miliband
LABOUR leadership hopeful Ed Miliband announced that the Scottish Parliament elections in May would be a "big priority" if he got the party's top job.
Speaking to the Evening News from the campaign trail, the MP for Doncaster North also praised the calibre of Edinburgh's Labour MPs and said the key reasons for the party's fall from power at the UK general elections was that voters had "lost a sense of what we stood for".
"The election next May are a big priority for me and certainly if I'm leader it's something I would be very engaged in but it would be led by (Scottish Labour leader] Iain Gray.
