Warehouse is put up for rent
A FORMER warehouse in Leith converted to offices has been put on the market. Gregor Properties is on the hunt for new tenants for Queen Highland House, on Commercial Street.
The office features 11,557sq ft of open plan space over three floors and is being marketed at a discounted rate of 10 per sq ft.
Ben Reed, director at property firm Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "Queen Highland House will offer good quality open plan office spaceat an extremely competitive rental."
