Two men remanded over fatal Neilston shooting
TWO men have appeared in court charged with the murder of a man who died after he was shot in a village street.
John Finnegan, 48, died in hospital after the shooting in Bank Street, Neilston in East Renfrewshire on October 27 last year.
Francis Coates, 35, and James McCarron, 32, were in Paisley Sheriff Court yesterday.
Neither man made any plea to the charge and both were remanded in custody before a further court appearance this month.
