Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of a man who died after he was shot while walking in a village street in East Renfrewshire last year.
John Finnegan, 48, died in hospital after a shooting incident in Bank Street, Neilston, on 27 October.
Strathclyde Police said that two men, aged 32 and 35, had been arrested and detained in police custody in connection with the death.
A spokesman said that a report would be sent to the procurator-fiscal.
