Two arrested after cannabis plants seized in Kirkintilloch

TWO men have been arrested after £750,000 worth of cannabis plants were seized in a police raid.

Officers made the discovery in a building in Woodilee industrial estate, Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire, yesterday morning following information from a member of the public.

Strathclyde Police said that two men - aged 39 and 40 - have been arrested in connection with the seizure.

A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
