TV life coach starts club for city women

A TELEVISION life coach whose clients have included celebrities and business leaders has unveiled a new lifestyle club aimed at city women.

Former GMTV life coach Dawn Breslin will tomorrow kick off what is expected to eventually become a nationwide chain of social club-style meetings.

The weekly sessions, called Consciously Female, focus on helping women through career, relationship, self-esteem and looks-related issues.

Each one will include a motivational talk from Ms Breslin – recognised as one of the country's leading life coaches – group support sessions and mini workshops. Members are encouraged to work towards lifestyle "goals" over an eight-week period.

The Consciously Female club will run in eight-week blocks on Wednesday evenings from next week, at the David Lloyd gym at Newhaven.

However, a one-off hour-long introductory taster session will be held at the venue tomorrow from 7pm.

For further details go to www.dawnbreslin.com or call 0131-669 7889.
