Sweet sixteen for Maggie’s
CANCER charity Maggie’s is gearing up to celebrate its 16th birthday.
The event will take place on Wednesday, November 7, from 10am to 4pm at Maggie’s Edinburgh at the Western General Hospital.
Maggie’s Edinburgh was the first Maggie’s Centre and opened in 1996.
The birthday party will include musical entertainment, a book reading, taster sessions of relaxation methods and Thai Chi, a Christmas card stall and bake sale.
Organisers said home- baking donations would be appreciated.
