Stolen quad bike is found
A STOLEN quad bike was recovered by police in a clampdown on illegal off-road motorcycling.
The green Kawasaki KLF-300, which had been reported stolen, was recovered from James Lean Avenue in Dalkeith on Sunday.
The discovery came as police warned that the improving weather had led to increasing reports of off-road motorcycles and quad bikes in the Dalkeith, Mayfield, Easthouse and Gorebridge areas.
Community inspector John McGill said police would be mounting a blitz against the activities.
