SSPCA in hunt for owner of injured Aberdeen cat

The Scottish SPCA is seeking the owner of an elderly cat found struggling to walk in heavy snow in Aberdeen. The cat was taken to a vet where she was found to be weak and dehydrated.

The vet also discovered that she only has half a tongue, possibly from an old injury.
