Snap happy in new base

AN award-winning catering firm has expanded after moving into new £40,000 premises in Leith.

Ginger Snap, which offers services to corporate functions as well as family events, has enjoyed a 40 per cent increase in turnover this year.

Managing director Tania Dixon said: “I’ve been steadily building the business over the last six years, following the humble beginnings of Ginger Snap from my parents’ kitchen.

“Having secured a strong client base, this year seemed the right time to expand into new premises.”
