Shop swap plan poised to win approval
A FORMER Leith Walk money transfer and airline ticket outlet is set to be turned into an office.
Plans have been lodged for the change of use of the unit at 68 Elm Row, which was previously the Mahran International Money Transfer.
The council has a rule that no more than a third of the units on Elm Row should be non-retail, and although the planned change would break that limit, the council's head of planning has recommended it be approved.
