Seafood fest ready to flex its mussels
JOHN Curtis, manager of the 3Harbours Seafood Festival, tucked into local mussels and langoustines at Port Seton Harbour.
The festival could double in size this year, with organisers hoping more than 6,000 people will come along to the two-day event. The programme kicks off with a ceilidh, followed by an Italian seafood banquet at The Prestoungrange Gothenburg.
Organiser Adele Conn said: "We wanted to draw attention to the great food on our doorstep."
The event is at Greenbelt, Prestonpans, on 28-30 May.
