Rifkind bids to help unseat Darling
FORMER Foreign Secretary Sir Malcolm Rifkind is to appear in the Capital as part of a campaign to unseat the Chancellor Alistair Darling.
The MP is to address Conservative party campaigners at a dinner on Thursday. The former Pentlands MP will urge support for Councillor Jason Rust, who is to stand for the Edinburgh South West seat.
