Pupils to test knowledge

SECONDARY pupils across the Lothians are being encouraged to pit their wits against their peers.

SCHOLAR – the web-based Higher and Advanced Higher online learning programme – has launched SCHOLympics.

All pupils who have access to SCHOLAR can enter the competition at www.scholar.hw.ac.uk/Scotland until September 9.

They will be asked a series of questions in a range of subjects covered by SCHOLAR. First prize is a £75 Amazon gift card.
