Pupils attend prizegiving

PUPILS from secondary schools in East Lothian who achieved top marks in their Highers have been celebrated at a special prizegiving at Queen Margaret University.

Eight pupils from Ross High, North Berwick High, Musselburgh Grammar, Knox Academy and Dunbar Grammar who attained the best overall performance in Higher Health Food Technology and Higher Business Management were rewarded for their achievements.

Five of the students attended Monday’s reception and were presented with a prize and certificate. One of the students, Rebecca Millar from Ross High, is now studying at Queen Margaret University.
