Pervert had child images on computer

A PERVERT was caught with hundreds of indecent images of children on his computer.

Neil Anderson, 33, had both still photographs and films of youngsters in sex scenes, Livingston Sheriff Court was told yesterday.

The images included deliberately posed pictures of fully, partially clothed or naked children in sexualised or provocative poses.

Anderson pleaded guilty on indictment to possessing indecent photographs or pseudo photographs of children at his home in Whitburn, West Lothian, between March 2005 and May last year.

He also admitted a second charge of taking or permitting indecent images to be taken.

Anderson’s not guilty plea to possessing the images with a view to showing or distributing them to others was accepted by the Crown.

Sentence was yesterday deferred for background reports.
