Payments to power pride
TWO community projects are to share a £5,500 grant to enhance civic pride in their community.
The final phase of Cockenzie and Port Seton In Bloom's West Links project has been given 5,000 from East Lothian Council's Civic Pride Fund. The group has carried out a range of improvements to the West Links area and the grant will help it resurface paths.
And the John Bellany Day Centre Garden and Mural Project will receive 500 to create a new Homecoming 2009 mural.
