Nico is Cream of lecturers
A COLLEGE lecturer has swapped the classroom for the music studio to help celebrate the life of his famous uncle.
Nico Bruce, nephew of former Cream bassist Jack Bruce, appears on a BBC Scotland tribute screened tonight.
The 50-year-old from Portobello, a bass guitarist himself, plays with his uncle as part of the Artworks Scotland series.
Jack Bruce: The Man Behind the Bass tells the story of the artist as well-known for his stormy relationship with his bandmates as for his unique playing style.
