New boss for drug team
A NEW team manager has been appointed to a group designed to tackle substance misuse in the Lothians.
Martin Bonnar is set to head up the Midlothian and East Lothian Drug and Alcohol Partnership, a body formed from the East Lothian and Midlothian Drug and Alcohol Action Teams.
