Neighbour faces music

AN East Lothian woman has been banned from playing loud music for being excessively noisy and disturbing neighbours.

Kylie Fender, of Lammermuir Crescent, was handed an Asbo preventing her, or anyone else in her home, from playing music that can be heard outside her property. The 22-year-old had been given a warning previously about her behaviour, Haddington Sheriff Court heard.

Ms Fender is also prohibited from shouting and swearing loudly in her home or the 
surrounding area.
