Model secures slot on US reality TV show

A LOTHIANS mother-of-two is to have a second shot at television stardom after securing a place on a high-profile US reality show.

Ashley Brown, 23, from Livingston will appear on a revamped version of programme America’s Next Top Model, which features a handful of women from the UK competing against their US counterparts.

It comes three years after her appearance on the British version of the show, where she was portrayed as an argumentative trouble-maker, and led to her enduring abuse on the streets of West Lothian once the series had aired. She reportedly said she sees this slot as a chance to repair her reputation.

“I’d said I’d never do another reality TV show but I couldn’t pass up such a great opportunity,” she said.

“Britain’s Next Top Model was three years ago and people change.”

Where she was "portrayed" as an argumentative trouble-maker,Where she was "portrayed" as an argumentative trouble-maker? It's ludicrous to suggest that about a 23 year-old mother of two from Livingston who wants to be a model.
