Missing man found dead

the body of a man whose disappearance led to a police investigation in the Capital has been found in a canal.

Chris Brahney, 22, went missing following a Stone Roses gig in Manchester on June 29. A signal from his mobile phone, which he lost before he disappeared, was traced to Edinburgh last week.

However, police confirmed that Mr Brahney’s body was found in the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford at 9.35am  yesterday.
