READERS will notice that the cost of your Evening News has risen to 55p from today. This is due to a combination of increasing production and distribution costs. It is the first cover price rise in more than a year.

Edinburgh’s favourite newspaper still represents fantastic value for money, and is the only title you need to find out what is going on across the Lothians, in news, sport and entertainment.
