Margo talks on assisted suicide
ASSISTED suicide advocate Margo MacDonald MSP is to give the keynote speech at a seminar in the Capital.
Ms MacDonald, who suffers from the degenerative Parkinson's disease, launched a consultation for her End of Life Choices (Scotland) Bill last December.
The seminar for the Legal Services Agency will take place at Princes House on Shandwick Place on 23 June and will look at the issue of physician-assisted suicide in light of the consultation.
It will aim to consider the medical, legal and ethical considerations surrounding the issue.
