Man on Sopo breach charge
A MAN has been committed for trial on allegations that he breached a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
Robert Greens, 35, appeared in private at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday before Sheriff Derrick McIntyre.
He originally appeared on the charge last week.
He made no plea or declaration to the charge which claims he was in Edinburgh Road, Penicuik, allegedly against the terms of the order.
Greens, of Bonnyrigg, was remanded in custody and is expected to appear again in court at a later date.
