Man charged over smoke bomb at Hearts match

A MAN has been charged after a smoke bomb was let off at Tynecastle during last month’s match between Hearts and Celtic.

The arrest over the incident on November 28 was made following enquiries carried out by Lothian and Borders Police, in conjunction with the Football Co-Ordination Unit for Scotland.

The man has been bailed to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on January 30.
