Man caught in drugs buy

A MAN buying drugs in the street was apprehended by plain-clothes police officers.

Keith Gorman, 35, tried to run, but was caught and found to have a bag of heroin worth £10, Livingston Sheriff Court was told.

Gorman, of Livingston, West Lothian, yesterday pleaded guilty to possessing the class A drug on November 7.

Sentence on Gorman, a first offender, was deferred until March next year for good behaviour.
