Man, 35, dies after two–car collision

A MAN has died after a road accident in Motherwell.

The 35-year-old was driving a Subaru Impreza east on Shields Road when it apparently crossed the central reservation and collided with a Renault Scenic on Thursday evening.

He was taken by ambulance to Wishaw General Hospital where he died later. The male driver of the Renault was released after hospital treatment.
